Due to insurance and safety requirements, we do not permit pets, baby/jogging strollers, bicycles, skateboards, or roller skates/blades on the course.

WHY: The Sunshine Kids Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to children with cancer. Established in 1982, they are committed to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties adopted The Sunshine Kids Foundation as a network-wide charity in the Spring of 1991. Since the inception of this SSK partnership, members of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties community have taken an active approach in making a difference.
